Using Escrow Services When Buying Or Selling A Business
There is a lot of paperwork involved in buying or selling a business. It can also be very stressful.
An escrow officer specializes in business transactions and ensures that the buyers get everything they are buying, with no hidden debts on the business and that the sellers get their money.
